"I am pleased to announce that Paul Williamson will now become a full time member of our team," said Dave McKee, Destination Lighting Chief Operating Officer. "This is another step that Destination Lighting is taking to ensure that we remain on the forefront of the energy efficient movement."
Williamson is responsible for Destination Lighting's internal and external promotion of energy-efficient lighting. He will implement training sessions for employees and collaborate with product development and sales departments to increase the company's energy efficient lighting inventory. Traveling throughout the country, Williamson will administer awareness programs for consumers on sustainability practices.
"People are identifying more with sustainable products that not only last longer and save energy, but are good for the environment," said Williamson. "Destination Lighting, as a top distributor of residential lighting, intends to meet this growing demand with products that reflect the style and quality that people expect from us."
